Catering Category Strategy Project Plan: Catering Spend Data Analysis across EMEA, Market research on suppliers, elaboration of catering Pricing models and proposition of a SMART benchmarking on current EMEA catering contracts. Elaboration of Strategic Intent and establishment of 5 Porter Forces for MEA Market.
