Class of 2024: Everything you need to know about your graduation ceremony
Class of 2024: This article should answer questions you may have regarding registration and the conduct of your graduation ceremony.

Where and when does my ceremony take place?

How do I register for the ceremony?
Each graduate will receive a Weezevent invitation on their IPAG email address a few weeks before the ceremony.
If in march for international programs, early September for other programs, you still haven't received anything (please check your Spam) contact us: rdd@ipag.fr
How many guests can I invite?
Each graduate may invite a maximum of 2 guests for free.
Graduates who do not attend cannot give up their free places.
How do I register free accompanying persons?
When you register online on Weezevent. Only graduates registered for the ceremony can register free companions.
Can I invite additional accompanying persons?
You can take additional paid places (at a price of €35/place) on the IPAG ALUMNI website under Agenda, by choosing the graduation ceremony that concerns you, subject to availability.
Are children allowed?
Children under 1 year old are not allowed in the venues.
As a general rule, children are not allowed but are tolerated from the age of 8.
I forgot to register, can I still come?
Due to security measures and the Vigipirate plan, if you are not registered on the lists, you will not be able to attend the ceremony, or even enter the Cirque d'Hiver.
Finally, if I cannot come / my guest cannot come, who should I notify?
Contact the IPAG ALUMNI service by email: rdd@ipag.fr, specifying the name, first name, program of the graduate and the name(s) of the accompanying persons, specifying which one(s) can no longer come.
One of my accompanying persons took a paying seat but can no longer come, can I be reimbursed?
All reservations are firm and final.
Only serious cases (hospitalization, death, etc.) can be studied.
How does this ceremony take place (schedule, diploma collection, duration, etc.)?
Upon arrival, your tickets will be checked.
📢 Due to the Vigipirate plan, no suitcases or bulky objects will be accepted on-site.
Graduates and accompanying persons will be separated for the duration of the ceremony and will meet again at the cocktail party.
The graduation ceremony will take place in 2 stages:
1. The ceremony: Graduates by program and by specialization take the stage
2. Cocktail party and photos
The D-Day, when will I be given my diploma?
Your diploma will be given to you during the check-in upon presentation of your identity document.
Once the diploma is given, you will be responsible for it because it will be the one and only copy.
I can't come the D-Day: how do I get my diploma?
The week following the ceremony, graduates who were unable to come will receive an email allowing them to make an appointment to collect their diplomas. The Student Office takes care of these procedures: studentoffice.paris@ipag.fr
Is there a dress code to respect?
Proper attire is required and don't forget that this is one of the most important moments of your life 😊
