Graduation Ceremony Class of 2023: Basic Information

The purpose of this information email is to answer any questions you may have upon registering for IPAG’s graduation ceremony scheduled on Friday, September 27th.

When and where will the ceremony take place?

The graduation ceremony for IPAG’s Class of 2023 will take place at:

CIRQUE D’HIVER – 110, rue Amelot – 75011 Paris 

👉 From 1:30 PM to 5 PM for BBA – MBA – DBA – IPAG ONLINE programs 

👉 From 6:30 PM to 11 PM for Bachelor Programs, Grande École Program, Executive Education


How do I get to the ceremony reception?

Metro Stations: Filles du Calvaire (line 8)

or Oberkampf (line 5 or line 9)

REGISTRATION

How do I register for the graduation ceremony?

Each graduate will receive a Weezevent invitation via their IPAG email address starting from May 13th, 2024.

If you haven't received anything by May 15th (please check your spam folder), contact us: rdd@ipag.fr

How many guests can I bring?

Each graduate can bring up to 2 guests free of entrance.

Only graduates present and registered for the ceremony can invite free guests.

 

How do I register the free guests?

During your online registration on Weezevent you can register your guests.

Can I invite additional guests?

You can purchase additional tickets (at a price of €35/ticket) on the IPAG ALUMNI website under the Agenda section, choosing the graduation ceremony that concerns your participation, subject to availability.

Are children allowed?

Children under 1 year old are not allowed inside the Cirque d’Hiver premises. 

Generally, children are not admitted but tolerated from the age of 8 years old.

 

I forgot to register, can I still attend?

Due to security reasons and the Vigipirate plan, if you are not registered on the list, you will not be able to attend the ceremony or enter the Cirque d’Hiver premises.

What if I can no longer participate / my guest can no longer attend, who should I inform?

Contact the IPAG ALUMNI service via email: rdd@ipag.fr, specifying the name, surname, program of the graduate, and the name(s) of the guest(s) who can no longer attend.

If one of my guests purchased a ticket but can no longer attend anymore, can I get a refund?

All reservations are final and are non-refundable. 

Only an emergency (hospitalization, death, etc.) will be considered.

 

PROGRAM (schedule, diploma collection, duration…)

How does the ceremony unfold?

Upon graduates and guests’ arrivals, tickets will be checked. 

📢 Due to the Vigipirate plan, no suitcases or bulky items will be accepted on-site

Graduates and guests will be seated separately during the ceremony and will reunite during the cocktail hour. The evening will unfold as follows:

  1. Ceremony: Graduates will go on stage by program and specialization.
  2. At the end, over the second half of the ceremony, Cocktail and photos will take place.

 

When will I receive my diploma on the D-day?

You will receive your diploma when you check in and show your ID.

Once the diploma is handed to you, you are responsible in case of loss or damages, there’s only copy and there are no duplicates.

 

 

I can't come on the D-day, how do I collect my diploma?

A week after the ceremony, graduates who were unable to attend will receive an email allowing them to schedule an appointment to collect their diploma. The Student Office handles these procedures: studentoffice.paris@ipag.fr

Is there a dress code to follow?

Proper attire is required, and remember, it's one of the most defining moments of your life 😊


GALA EVENING

Will there be a gala evening?

The gala evening is organized by the Student Union and will take place at Club Haussmann (23 rue Taitbout - 75009 Paris), this will take place on the same day as the graduation ceremony, Friday, September 27th, starting from 11 PM.

How can I register?

You will receive a specific instruction by email for this event in the coming months from the Student Union.

Can I bring friends?

You can come accompanied. All information regarding this evening will be communicated by the Student Union.
